Details

Compressed air serves as a primary power source in modern industrial production. However, compressed air drawn from the atmosphere contains significant amounts of dust (solids), oil droplets, oil mist, water droplets, and water mist. These contaminants can lead to reduced efficiency of process equipment, increased maintenance costs, increased downtime, decreased product quality, and even complete system failure. Therefore, it is necessary to dry and purify the compressed air before use. A combined low-dew-point dryer is a low-dew-point drying device that integrates a refrigeration dryer and an adsorption dryer. Refrigeration dryers have the advantages of no air loss and low energy consumption, but they have limitations in dew point temperature; while adsorption dryers have the advantage of low dew point, but the disadvantage of large regeneration air loss. Our company's developed combined low-dew-point dryer integrates the advantages of both refrigeration and adsorption dryers. Through reasonable piping connections and capacity matching, it fully utilizes the advantages of both to achieve a high cost-performance ratio.
