Membrane separation technology is based on the difference in solubility and diffusion coefficient between nitrogen and oxygen in the air under the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane, resulting in some gases with faster permeability, such as water vapor and oxygen, passing through the membrane first and becoming oxygen rich gases, while nitrogen with slower permeability is retained and enriched, becoming dry nitrogen rich gases, achieving the purpose of oxygen nitrogen separation.
