A filter that integrates cyclone separation, coarse filtration, and fine filtration into one, directly blocking oil and water in compressed air. Through cyclone separation, gravity settling, coarse filtration, and fine filtration, it can thoroughly remove oil, water, and dust from compressed air. The filtration accuracy of compressed air through this filter can reach 0.1 μ m, and the residual oil content is less than 0.1PPm.
